What can ARI provide for students?
ARI's main objective is to help students and their teams to identify their strengths and to use those strengths to develop a vision for their future. ARI's staff will participate in IEP and transition planning meetings, and will assist each student to develop their transition goals in order to work toward their future vision.
Each student benefits from an individualized service plan, developed from their IEP and focused on their future vision. Students will participate in ARI's programs and services in order to meet their transition goals. These include:
- Community integration
- volunteer services
- Non-work therapeutic activity
- Independent living skills and classes
- Job training classes
- Career planning
- Situational assessments
